Currently, as President, Wes leads with innovation and a commitment to success in agriculture. Fueled by a love for learning, he stays ahead in this dynamic landscape, inviting others to join him on this journey of exploration and achievement. Graduating from Parkland Community College, laying the foundation for his expertise. In 2019, he expanded his knowledge at Total Acre, discovering a passion for high yields and competitive Yield contests.

Cathryn Seifert is a University of Illinois graduate with a degree in Marketing from the College of ACES. With a background in fertilizer sales and a childhood on her family farm, Cathryn offers a unique perspective on farm finance. Her vibrant personality and dedication make her a valuable asset to our agricultural business, combining academic excellence with practical industry experience. 

A lifelong farmer and 2007 NCGA state winner, is a pioneering force in agriculture. As an early adopter and innovator, he embraces cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices. Tim's leadership extends to board roles in the NCGA, Illinois Soybean Association, and Sangamon County Farm Bureau. His story reflects a commitment to excellence, resilience, and ongoing contributions to the farming community. 

Head of Accounting, is a seasoned professional and trusted advisor in pivotal growth decisions. With a strong financial background, she ensures the farm's fiscal health. Roxy's adaptability and willingness to take on new skills make her indispensable. Beyond her financial acumen, she aligns with the farm's values, contributing to its success and sustainability. As a multifaceted individual, Roxy's dedication and strategic mindset drive the farm towards a prosperous future.
